Introduction
A serum-free medium system for generating patterned ventral forebrain organoids from human pluripotent stem cells without matrix embedding. Working with specialized microwell plates to prevent organoid fusion, this kit enables scalable production of over 500 highly reproducible organoids per kit. Based on established published protocols, these organoids model the early developing ventral subpallium with cellular composition and structural organization representative of the developing human forebrain, compatible with co-culture assembloid systems for studying brain region interactions. For extended culture beyond 50 days, use with Neural Organoid Maintenance Kit.
