Model Development
Use our technical expertise to develop custom or off-the-shelf advanced in vitro models to suit your project needs.

Organoid Model Development
Custom generation and scale-up of 3D patient-derived or iPSC-derived organoids (e.g., gut, liver, lung, brain, kidney).

Organ-on-Chip Development
Integration of single organoids/tissue structures into microfluidic chips for dynamic culture, controlled flow, and mechanical stimulation.

Multi-Organ-Chip Development
Engineering and interconnection of multiple organ-on-chip units (e.g., Liver-Gut-Kidney axis) to study systemic drug effects and inter-organ communication.
Pharmacology & DMPK
Utilize our complex Organoid and Organ-on-Chip models for highly predictive functional and safety testing.

Disease Modeling
We create physiologically relevant human organoid and Organ-on-Chip models to accurately recapitulate disease and identify therapeutic targets.

Drug Discovery & Screening
Our platform uses high-fidelity human models for high-throughput screening, accelerating hit identification and lead compound optimization.

Toxicity Screening
We provide clinically predictive, multi-organ safety assessment services to identify and mitigate drug-induced toxicity early in the pipeline.

ADME
Comprehensive in vitro ADME profiling using advanced organ models to predict drug absorption, metabolism, and potential drug-drug interactions (DDI).

Tumor Organoid & Immune Cell Co-culture Service
Integrating human immune cells (e.g., T-cells, NK cells, Macrophages) with patient-derived tumor organoids to model the tumor microenvironment (TME) and evaluate immuno-oncology drugs.

FAQ

How long can organoids or organ-on-chip models be maintained in culture?
Typically from weeks to months depending on the tissue and study design; organ-on-chip can also support much longer durations under microfluidic perfusion. Chronic studies such as repeated dose toxicity or disease progression are well within the capabilities.
Can your models be customized for specific disease or mechanism studies?
Yes. Our platforms support extensive customization, including genetic modification, patient-derived models, microenvironment tuning, multi-cell-type integration, and disease-specific stimuli. We can work with clients to adapt our models to their specific disease mechanism of interest or target pathway/drug target.
What assays and readouts are compatible with your technology platforms?
Our platforms support the full range of high-throughput cell-based assays, including viability/toxicity, biomarker expression, imaging-based phenotyping, metabolic profiling, transcriptomics, and many others, such as electrophysiology and functional readouts such as barrier function or transport studies. High-content imaging and multi-omics profiling are also supported.
