Introduction
A robust, serum-free medium system for generating three-dimensional patterned dorsal forebrain organoids from human pluripotent stem cells without matrix embedding. Working with specialized plates to prevent organoid fusion, this kit enables scalable generation of over 500 reproducible organoids per kit. Based on published protocols, these organoids model the developing human dorsal pallium with representative cellular composition and structural organization, compatible with co-culture assembloid systems for studying brain region interactions. Maintenance components are available separately for extended culture beyond 50 days.
