Introduction
A defined, serum-free system for generating self-organized neural organoids that recapitulate the cellular composition and structural organization of the developing human brain. Based on published formulations, this kit utilizes a four-stage protocol beginning with embryoid body formation followed by neuroepithelial expansion. The resulting organoids feature cortical-like regions including the ventricular zone, outer subventricular zone, intermediate zone, and cortical plate with proper layer orientation. Extended culture components are available separately for maturation beyond 40 days.
